Jake was one of the brave and beautiful lives we had the honor of meeting. From the moment we met him we fell in love with his spirit and bravery along with his amazing family. It is an honor and privilege to start Jake's Jammie's in loving memory of Jake. Each month we bring pajama's to the hospitals and give them out to all the children on the pediatric unit. Jake, I hope you are running wild and free in heaven. To Jake's family, he will never be forgotten or his brave fight.

Many school districts across Long Island have been honoring Jake with a "Jake's Jammies" Day.  A child who donates a new pair of pajamas gets to wear pajamas to school that day. This charitable and humbling experience has proven to give students a sense of good will, while keeping the memory of magical baby Jake alive.
